Refunds

All Sales Are Final:

  • All purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases involving authenticity issues.
  • Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before placing your order.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping & Delivery

Free local shipping within Hong Kong or in-store pickup available.

For international orders, shipping fees are payable by the buyer upon delivery.

Customs clearance and import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If any damage occurs during transit, contact us immediately.
